Can you tell me which CDs and/or DVDs I am going to receive?

Am I going to get "cut-outs?

Do the CDs and/or DVDs come with the original cover and back art work?

Q: Can you tell me which CDs and/or DVDs I am going to receive?

A: Unfortunately no manifest is available on these liquidation CD's and/or DVDs.  All lots are made at random. (Go back to Questions.)

 

Q: What years do these CDs cover?

A: We specialize in close outs and overstocks, so rarely we receive any new releases.  These are quality titles, just not the latest releases. (Go back to Questions.)

 

Q: Do the CDs and/or DVDs come with the original cover and back art work?

A: All CDs and/or DVDs come with the original front and back artwork. (Go back to Questions.)

 

Q: Am I going to get "cut-outs?

A: Approximately 5-10% of the CDs are "cut-outs" with cuts in the spine or mark through the UPC codes.  The record labels do this when they cut a title from their catalog and want to ensure that customers are not able to return the liquidated title for a full refund. (Go back to Questions.)

 

Q: Requests:

A: Even though we can not promise to send you all of CDs from the same Genre, if you prefer certain genre's you may let us know and we will do our best to oblige to your request. (Go back to Questions.)

 

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order? 

A: All orders are filled within two business day. Orders containing more then 60 CDs or wholesale DVDs tends to ship via FedEx ground service, while orders smaller then this tend to ship via USPS Media Mail. (Go back to Questions.)

 

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: We only ship within the USA and Canada. Canadian customers must select either USPS Airmail or FedEx International as their shipment method.  We no longer accept Canada shipments through our checkout system or eBay purchases, these orders must be emailed in to: cds@pinsnmore.com at which point we will work closely with you to complete your order promptly. Q: How do you offer so many different titles? 

A: We have an endless list of CD and DVD movie wholesale distributors from all across the USA. With these kinds of connections we are able to offer you the customer an unprecedented selection of liquidated CDs and DVDs. We are the exclusive liquidator for numerous record labels and distributors, allowing us to offer 100's of titles that no one else even has access to. (Go back to Questions.)

 

Q: How can you offer pricing that is a fraction of even wholesale pricing? 

A: As stated above, we have an endless list of CD and DVD suppliers from all across the USA. With these kinds of connections and our massive purchasing power we are able to pick and choose only the best offers out there. We don't offer any free DVDs, but we are the least expensive DVD wholesale supplier in the market. (Go back to Questions.)

 

Q: What titles are included in your CD and DVD Lots? 

A: Due to the 1,000,000+ CDs and DVDs that we sell annually, we are unable to keep up to date title listings. We offer several smaller sized lots constantly on sale to allow our first time customers to see just how varied our merchandise is and how profitable our merchandise can be to those who are looking to resell. Q: What is your CDs and DVDs return policy?

 
A: We have a 14 day return policy on CDs and DVDs Lots. We will refund you the purchase price less 25% restocking fee. We will not refund you the shipping fee.  The item/s need to be returned in the original packaging. Please get in-touch with us so we can give you an RMA number. No refund will be issued unless item/s are returned in the original packaging and you include the RMA number outside the box.
