General Return Policy

We will exchange any damaged/defective products free of charge.  Returns will only be accepted if they are returned with 14 days of the original delivery date.  The buyer is responsible for returning the item/s to us.  Items should be returned in their original product packaging.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.   If the return is the customer's choice and the item is not damaged/defective, customer will pay for Shipping and Handling costs and there will be a 25% restocking fee assed.

In order to return any merchandise to us, please send us an email to Returns@pinsnmore.com letting us know you would like to return your purchase and why you would like to do so.  Once we receive your email, we will respond back to you and give you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for your return.  No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

When packing your item/s, make sure you include the packing slip.  If you lost the packing slip or no packing slip was provided with the item/s let us, know and we will email you one so you can include it with your item.

 

When will I receive my refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of Pins N More receipt of the package.  However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the you (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
